Our Roles

Operations Director: Oversee the day-to-day management of the summer school, coordinating logistics, leading teams, and ensuring a high standard of safety and organisation across the programme.

Activity Leader: Lead engaging sports, arts, and adventure activities, supervise excursions, and support boarding duties.

Assistant House Parent: Provide excellent pastoral care and ensure a welcoming, supportive boarding environment.

EAL Teacher: Deliver high-quality English lessons and support students’ language development in a lively classroom setting. Support in afternoon/evening activities and some boarding duties.

House Parent: Take on a leadership role in the boarding house, fostering a harmonious and supportive environment.

Activity Manager: Oversee and manage the extracurricular programme, leading a team to deliver an exciting range of activities and excursions.

Assistant Director of Studies (ADOS): Support the academic team and play a key role in organizing the curriculum and managing teaching staff.

Welfare Manager: Ensure outstanding pastoral care and safeguarding for all students as a key member of the leadership team.
